Sowing the seeds. Our future plans

We will walk and talk maximising the advantages of being in nature and the fresh air. We will take regular moments of mindfulness activity. We will take breaks for coffee/tea and biscuits and at the end of the walk feel grounded and connected. It’s a walking talking connecting adventure.
